This archeological location is positioned at the hill next to the Liptovska Dam. Remainings are from the young iron age (300-100 b.c.).
Part of it, which is from the 1st century b.c., is currently under reconstruction. Buried sacrifices were found, including bones of seven people. Probably, they were victims of some religious rituals.
Dwellings, fire places and different objects were partialy reconstructed and form open air history museum. Furthermore, you can find here reconstructions of th Kelt's constructions like the gate, bridge, wooden church and more. It became a historycal heritage in 1967.Source: www.liptov.sk
